Why does hiring in the UAE still work the way it did 30 years ago?

We watched too many great people get filtered out by a broken system. A developer with 8 years of experience rejected because her CV wasn't formatted correctly. A startup founder who couldn't find a product designer in Dubai for six months — not because there weren't any, but because no platform connected them properly.
